[#2682] [#2529?]

NBs: 3 generations of Joseph Laframboise seem to be conflated in available online genealogies. My best guess to date (subject to change): the elder born 1770-1777, married (c. 1799) Sha-we-na-qua/ Josephte ‘L’Assiniboine’ (born c. 1778), and died 1848 (St. Boniface); his son Joseph ‘Leblanc’, born 1800/ 1806, married Marie Cecile Dumont/ Dumond (daughter of Jean Dumont/ Dumond and Susette ‘Sarcee’; previously married to Joseph Desmarais and Jacques Berger); his son Joseph Narcisse Laframboise was born 1828 (brother to Jean Baptiste above).

‘L’Assiniboine’ apparently was used as a surname for individuals also regarded as Saulteux
